Well, that's awkward

So, like... I totally passed out in the shower today. O___O

Yeah, see I thought that I was going to because I started to feel funny, and then my hearing went all fuzzy, and the next thing I knew I was opening my eyes and I was sitting curled up in the corner with my head against the wall. I thought that maybe I chose to sit down for safety's sake, but for the life of me I can't remember doing it, and my mom said it sounded like something fell, so that must have been me...

Uh... yeah, I'm okay now, but that was weird. I'm assuming it's because I got out of bed and immediately jumped in the shower and the change in temperature was too rapid for my body to handle. Either that or my blood sugar was low. I don't know, but it felt really weird. I've never done that before.

I've actually done this a couple of times. I did it either in middle school and early high school then I did again a couple of months ago. I broke the towel holder off the wall. I was stepping out of the shower and I was dizzy then the next thing I remember was sitting on the toilet. I think kept going even though I was dizzy because I get dizzy spells a lot and didn't think much of it. I guess I had grabbed on to the towel holder for support. Great help that was. I feel bad about breaking it though because my mom had tried to fix it a few times, but it just won't stay up. I've never really passed out anywhere other than the shower though.
